Basket Stall
One of our most popular stalls is the basket stall which has an impressive reputation at Gala Day due to the large range of baskets available including beauty products, gourmet food, chocolates, all things baking, cleaning products and much more. This is due to the support of Oakhill College families in generously donating all the items needed to put these baskets together. To ensure we have an even spread of items, please find the list below of items. We ask College families to bring to your Tutor Teachers or House Deans:

We thank you in advance for your generosity. These donations will be packaged up into baskets and priced at great value. If you can help with bulk donations please contact stall lead, Vicki Caruna at pandf.galaday@oakhill.nsw.edu

Rides / Arcade Games / Carnival Alley

There are many rides, arcades games and a carnival alley on Gala Day.

Volunteering
Gala Day 2025 preparations have begun, and we need your help. Many hands make light work and with a huge array of jobs on offer, we are sure you'll find something to suit you. There will be several opportunities to assist for the day: gift basket wrapping, book sorting, set up and pack down, stall volunteer, cake donations, and more. This day has always been successful because of the generosity of our school community. Being part of Gala Day is also a great way to meet new parents of the College and make friends, all whilst having fun. You can sign up here:

Your continued support of our exciting Gala Day is appreciated. Funds raised will support the acquisition of AV equipment for the new Commons and Atrium buildings, with 10% of all profits allocated to The Breakfast Club at La Salle Technical College Hohola in Papua New Guinea.
