The Curriculum at Oakhill College reflects our Lasallian values and culture. It is designed to be engaging and challenging, include quality teaching and learning time and produce well-rounded students working to their capacity.
The curriculum aims to value the individual and acknowledge differences, encourage more variety in teaching and learning styles - including information and communication technology - and promote a culture of academic excellence. Oakhill College’s Curriculum has been developed within the parameters set by the Board of Studies NSW in its K-10 Curriculum Framework and The Higher School Certificate Program of Study. The College offers a comprehensive program drawn from the Syllabus documents.
As a Catholic College, Oakhill also provides a wide-ranging Religious Education program which is compulsory for all students. A broad range of co-curricular activities is offered at each year level, including sport, Agricultural Show Teams, Lasallian Leadership Courses, Drama Productions, Music performances, Community Service opportunities, Duke of Edinburgh Award and Lasallian Service opportunities.
